It looked like the guys in the back of the second video were doing the electric worm to get back up. Is that what you are referring to?

Electric worm? What's that?

IMO, none of them were really doing the burpee "correctly".

I hate to be a burpee "snob", but if I did it the way some of them were, I could finish considerably faster than I did the last time.

With respect,

Sohan

The electric worm is like a dance move, where you lie flat, and then kind of do a worming motion. Former NFL wide receiver Johnnie Morton used to do it as a touchdown celebration.

I will take a good look at the site you gave me, to make sure I do it right.

How have you done so far, Sohan?

I haven't gotten to it, yet. I get back to regular training tomorrow, so I'll see what I can do.

I am not expecting too much, though. But, it will be a place to start.

If I try Sohan's challenge, I'll save time at the end to dial 911...

Just use your cell phone, and give it a voice tag, so you can grunt into the phone, and then yell into it after you fall down!
