It looked like the guys in the back of the second video were doing the electric worm to get back up. Is that what you are referring to? _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.

Electric worm? What's that?
IMO, none of them were really doing the burpee "correctly".
I hate to be a burpee "snob", but if I did it the way some of them were, I could finish considerably faster than I did the last time.
With respect,

The electric worm is like a dance move, where you lie flat, and then kind of do a worming motion. Former NFL wide receiver Johnnie Morton used to do it as a touchdown celebration.
I will take a good look at the site you gave me, to make sure I do it right. _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.

I think I will go with what Sohan suggested and do the form that fits me the best. Will be training in 30 minutes

How have you done so far, Sohan?
I haven't gotten to it, yet. I get back to regular training tomorrow, so I'll see what I can do.
I am not expecting too much, though. But, it will be a place to start. _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.

If I try Sohan's challenge, I'll save time at the end to dial 911... _________________ Only as good as I make myself be, only as bad as I let myself be.

Just use your cell phone, and give it a voice tag, so you can grunt into the phone, and then yell into it after you fall down! _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.
