I wonder if anyone might be able to tell me more about this, there is no-one in my area that really studies this weapon enough and I'd like advice, links, vids, techniques whatever, thank you all very much in advance

One of my favorite weapons! Eric Lee/Balck Belt magazine has a good vid/dvd on the three sectional staff, it's a good place to start ''if'' you can't find an a teacher to help you out.

there are a few movies i own on tri staffs i'll get the titles of them soon for you. i been doing those for about 10 years now. fun weapon.
