I wonder if anyone might be able to tell me more about this, there is no-one in my area that really studies this weapon enough and I'd like advice, links, vids, techniques whatever, thank you all very much in advance  _________________ I wish I wish I hadn't killed that fish |

One of my favorite weapons! Eric Lee/Balck Belt magazine has a good vid/dvd on the three sectional staff, it's a good place to start ''if'' you can't find an a teacher to help you out. _________________ How many nuns could a nunchuk chuck if a nunchuk could chuck nuns? |

| there are a few movies i own on tri staffs i'll get the titles of them soon for you. i been doing those for about 10 years now. fun weapon. |
