Yes - it's a good one!
The bag is about 50lbs
Let me know how you get on & I'll give you more variables for the drill.

Yeah - 30kg is plenty to start with. Actually we sometimes just do it with a big kick shield at the club. A heavy bag is better though.

I tried it today and I must say... OUCH. lol My bag is 100 lbs. Also mine is hung from a tree outside..... no room in my house. I had to run it into another tree. lol I made it 4 times though. woo hoo That is one killer drill. I LOVE IT! Its great because I usually have no one to practice with. Thanks YODA!

Excellent! 4 reps with a 100lb bag is a good effort!
What you need to do now is follow that with a 3 minute rest then do 3 reps, 2 min rest then 2 reps, 1 min rest then 1 rep.
That should get your heart a thumpin'
Wehen THAT is easy I have a few variable can add to up the intensity - Muahahahahaaaaaa........

Hmm, I just went to the drill.. I don't have two walls I can slam the bag on..
