well I started when I was 5 til 6 then I went back when I was 12 and I am now 14.

I was around 11 and started with judo and aikido. I'm 40 now and still feel like a kid.  |

I was like 37 when I started training seriously. When I was 18-19 I did a bit of training but did not stick with it. It is really never to late to start training.
