Must be a glutton for punishment - yes Im back again!! I finally had my cruciate ligament in my knee replaced October of last year, and am starting my loooong rehab!! They say that I should be able to start back karate roughly a year after the op, unfortunately I started back few weeks back, oops, although Im not doing anything too daft!!
Anyhoo hope Ive been missed (if remembered at all ha ha!!) Hope everyone is well x
