Does anyone have/know of any good books detailing Martial-art side Tai Chi Chaun? Doesn't matter what style! Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks,

I have The Complete Idiot's Guide to T'ai Chi & QiGong. I have yet to read it, but I have read other MA books from the Idiot's Guides library, and have found them to be fairly informative as far as basic information, history, and introductory technical fundamentals are concerned. This book is written by Bill Douglas. _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.

Thanks for your suggestions guys! Anyone heard of Nigel Sutton? He was suggested by someone I know but I can't seem to find much on him... _________________ The first person to call me mate gets a punch in the throat... |
