Great article, no matter how long it's been around and what art you pratice. The basic concepts of these three phases still apply to us all. Besides Bruce Lee was the man...

I have read that quote before but I really like the way you interpreted it.

I can apply this to different areas of my game as well. In kickboxing, continuous sparring, "it hits all by itself.". In jits and grappling I am in level 2. I have an understanding, it's not entirely primitive, but their isn't that fluidity that comes with thousands of repetitions and Experiece.

Of course I can apply it to my students as well. But my development helps theirs, so I'm gunna do me!
