He was not the first. Not by a long shot. _________________ "When you are able to take the keys from my hand, you will be ready to drive." - Shaolin DMV Test

I think the key is if Bruce Lee stayed in his weight class he would have done well since he was so far ahead in the game. I don't think it's that necessary to guess how he would have done against much larger guys in sports combat since most events do have weight classes. _________________ Clint

| Who knows??? Great actor, Great Martial Artist e.t.c. as a fighter well thats something we will never ever know! he probably would'nt of even bothered with the UFC if he was still alive, he could have competed when he was alive? he did'nt and did'nt care too.. He has already proven himself as a great great Martial Artist and he gave so much of himself to the Martial Arts community.. |

You would certainly be hard pressed to find a striker who could stand with him in the early UFC's. |

| With his size and speed he might win some fights at his peak, the only problem would be if he got thrown to the ground would he be able to get out of it with a 200 pound guy on you. Bruce might have a good chance but not as good as Mas Oyama. |
