I'm about 30 posts from black. If I don't pay $5, what happens to my belt? Does the old system still accrue, or do they go away?

At this time, the old system will still be in place for non paying individuals. Although, that might not be an idea (i.e. if you don't pay for the belt, you don't get the belt). I appreciate the question. Thanks.
