I was watching various demonstrational videos on this art and it looked really cool. I wouldn't mind experiencing it at all. Would anyone mind telling me a little about this art, like, what it stands for and it's principle's possibly? In a nut shell of course. There aren't any local clubs around here but it'd be nice if anyone could give me links or articles about this art. Thanks!

There's a pretty decent article on this at wikipedia... Nothing overly in-depth, but should give you the basic idea!
