I don't think it's some mystical force or anything, but I do believe it is something that people possess and can manipulate to an extent.

I believe chi is an aspect of the life force and EM fields in the human body, similar in action to the motive energy process of biofeedback. There is a great amount of fascinating material on this subject on the web.
IMHO, chi is consciousness in action.

I believe chi's mastering the focus of your energy however you want at will. I saw something on youtube where this dude was leaning his neck on spears it was pretty cool. it's gotta be real
