mmmmmhh i have heard of it before but never had experience with it , i didn't like the sound of it. _________________ I think that there is no 1 style , and that to truly become a great martial artist and person you must take information from where ever you can. |

I've done the art before...it's not for everyone.
I liked it at first but after a while those odd circular movements started hurting my joints. It doesn't have that effect on every one.
It generates a lot of power, but cuts down range. It's not a bad art, but just wasn't my art. _________________ www.martialartsjamaica.com |

Thanks for the info, shift. I had heard that the movements were altered somewhat, but I didn't know how. That helps a bit. _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.
