I train at home, but there is a problem.
No space at all indoors. FREEZING outside!!
Suppose I could do basics in a small space

I stopped "in class" training Dec. 17 an taught last cardiokickbox class on the 20th.
Returning to TKD class Jan 7th.
It's a holiday for me in every sense of the word. A break from training and working out (although I do take time to stretch every morning).
I have been on a feeding and drinking frenzie this past week and a 1/2 so I'm in for a rude awakening when I return. The party will be over

| Training is supposed to be part of your lifenot All Of It. Cursing relatives for visiting you and *****ing about not training possibly because your sensei took time off is just uncaring. You can train at home it is called stretching or meditation or even visualization. Get a grip and remember what the holiday season is about.... |

Interesting comments everyone. It is possible to devise workouts to fit into a very small space. If you have enough room to do the tekki katas you have enough room to do quite a bit.
Stand in one spot and throw kicks. Stand in one spot and throw punches. Start in one spot and lunge forward into deep stance and back switching legs. Step out one step block and punch. If you have enough room to take 2 zenkutsu dachis forward you can do a lot.
