I'm going to check it out in greater detail later on - I've only had a brief chance to check it out. I'm happy with what I've seen so far. _________________ The best victory is when the opponent surrenders

Anyone know of any others like it? I'd also like to read one that was focused on average people more than LEOs. _________________ Only as good as I make myself be, only as bad as I let myself be.

I beleive the site i posted is directed at the general public, although there are different sections, so have a look around.
The place to find the best information on self protection is www.senshido.com in my opinion. I have alot of richard dimitri's material, and am attending a seminar hosted by him next month. Best stuff i have found to date regarding pure self defence. |

Great, I'll look around, thanks. That link to the senshido.com website told me I didn't have permission to enter the server. _________________ Only as good as I make myself be, only as bad as I let myself be.

Hello, Yes alot of martial schools do not teach "VERBAL Defense".
Two books here you may want to read: VERBAL JUJO (Kona police department officers study this booK)...Plus there are several more authors who wrote on this subject on" Talking your way out of trouble."
2. The Gift of FEAR...a must read here. Deals with trusting your instincts, has alot of real stories, and how they can help you.
Prevention is better than cure......Awarenees,avoidance and none fighting is ......will help increase your life span.
Note: 26,000 people die (AVERAGES' A YEAR)from stupid fights, sometime just by being push down, hit the head on the curb and dies. (if only they walk away).
Our EGO"S and pride gets in the way many times....LEARN TO BE HUMBLE! |
