Hey . I was watching natgeo channel , and they had some kung fu monks who put a spear in the floor , and then pushing with their torso against the edge. They did not get hurt , after that , another guy pushed (much more) the guy against the spear , again and again .
Other monk was pulling a truck with a rope tied to his balls ( of course camera put some blur) ...seriusly.
Somo monks said that they manipulte chi to do that. Was amazing...and does not look like a cheap trick. If it is a trick , is awesome.

I have seen some things like that on TV before, and have always wondered about it. It must take years to get to that level.

yes it takes alot of mental and physical strength, u must go through tons and tons of conditioning usually for a couple of years, and also be able to control ur chi almost perfectly.

Westerners could do this stuff, I just think we don't worry about being able to do things like this. We concentrate on more practical means of training.

I'm sure that if they could perform all of the aforementioned skills, then they must have mastered "practical means" of training first.

Just because a guy can pull a car by their....you know....doesn't mean they are great fighters. It is just a different aspect of what they study.
