Yeah Slim, I would buy one---there's nothing better for that hand-eye coordination. If you want' power though, this isn't the bag.
Again, this is used for coordination and speed. |

okay as you asked before i the first post yuo want some trining aids I don`t know i i could on double ended speedball but for dodging you could practice throwing some punches quick and kicks elbows and knees at a bag then do some dodging moves like bend sown or slip move back go behind jump around quickly and keep on hitting the bag!!  |
