what do you think of this information here?

chikung master tell that the "chi" (energy) always follows "yi" (will, consciousness).
so itīs no problem to make a chi/ki-ball, itīs quite simple.

i never tried the technique before, but it sounds like "mortal kombat/subzero" to me.

Actually, Ive read about water and Ki but I dont think a person can make a ball of ice from visualization and focusing Ki.

However,if you want to see what we can really do, search for " Hado "- this form of Ki manipulation is scientifically proven but nothing as flashy as making ice. Not a big scale show of Ki but it does work and its proven.

Yeah but instead of cyro pyro .
this is what i cannot belive if a person does not beleive ki then how is he going to believe cyrokinesis
