Congrats Frogg....
KSN Doug great article, although I get up at 5:20am as I work about 2 hours away. I always used to moan about not having the time to workout. I had to sacrifice the time I spent on computer games to exercise but I feel alot better now, used to spend at least an hour on the xbox instead I now put my music on and exercise. _________________ Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Good article. Finding even 20 free minutes is enough to get a little sweat going. Does anyone else do kicks during commercials? _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.

Good article, my day runs pretty close to the same way. I sometimes use my lunch break at work or my 15 to practice. _________________ There's no place like 127.0.0.1 |
