Does anyone know of any food or supplements that can help in the fight to reach ultimate flexibility, i.e. the splits.

Why are the splits 'ultimate flexibility' ?

Just 'cause you can do the splits doesn't mean you can kick head height.

I'd say water, and protein..

ILL TAKE SECONDS!!!!

STRETCH, STRETCH, And keep STRETCHING.

I cant do a split either but I can kick to the head
work at it. In time you might be able to do it Im still stretching.......
