If you want to learn about Chi techniques you pretty much have to find someone to teach you in person. I don't think it's something that can really be explained over the internet. _________________ Paladin - A holy beat down in the name of God! |

You can definitely teach Ki over the internet. The hard part is finding someone who can really honestly do it. All you have to go on is what they say and maybe credentials if they can produce any reals ones that can be confirmed. And sorry to say but you'd be one lucky guy if you found someone to teach you. Honestly anyone legitimate probably won't teach you. All you can do his search this site and others like it for truth. Try it and if it works keep going. _________________ "It's quite interesting..." |

I dunno, I can't see how that could be done.. how would you know when you were actually doing it and when it was just your imagination, if you had no experienced instructor present? _________________ Paladin - A holy beat down in the name of God! |

of all the things that can or cannot be learnt over the internet i would say any internal aspect is one that that CAN NOT be learnt this way. _________________ post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are.

I don't see why not. When your just starting out it's hard even for your teacher to feel if you've compacted some ki or not. This can just be substituted for seeing if someone a friend or whatever can feel it instead.
Other then that all it is really is alone practice of whatever exercise your teacher shows you. These can just be interchanged for any short tai chi form or Ki-gong routine. Ki is just a feeling. And no one can teach you to feel a feeling. When you get it that's it. _________________ "It's quite interesting..." |

If that statement is true, then training for Ki seems quite a waste of time. _________________ www.clearsilat.com |

Why don't you try adding something for once that is helpful rather then imposing your negativity and limited views all over the place? _________________ "It's quite interesting..." |
