I would then realize that there is somebody wearing a cloak. I would use stupify, and impedimienta then use the imperius curse to get the bo..

It turned out i'm protected with love as well, so I wasn't killed by the killing curse. I then swim upriver then get the car with the bo inside...

Suddenly I shoot a Javelin Anti-Tank missle at the car you are in, destroying you and the car. Fortunately the Bo survives, and I run off with it.
