Nearly always have my phone on me, feel kinda lost without it  . I'm too lazy to carry a watch & diary so the phone keeps everything in one place for me. Also can't be without my USB flash drive thingy. Causes a major stress out when I forget it!

I carry my IDs with me, and my cellphone. Sometimes my checkbook. However, I have found that if I leave it at home, I don't spend as much money. 
At work, I carry my radio, my cuffs, my work keys, my OC spray, and usually my taser.

i usually dont carry too much ON me because usually everywhere i go im with my car, so my poor car houses all my useless crap. but on me is my cell phone and wallet. and usually some chapstick...i dont know why, its just become a habit.

Besides the regular stuff, I carry my cell phone (which has become "regular stuff" I guess) and a pocket knife.
