before i start i have to say that i have a real instructor and bags dont hit back,i was hitting the heavy bag and had and ideia i sticked a piece of wood in the heavy bag ring, now since the bag is swall(not a long bag, rather short) every time i give a hard swing it starts spinning,so by that way when i was hitting the bag i also had to counter strike or block, preety good imo,btw it maked it harder to give spinning kicks, fists e.t.c,in for sparring jokes

So it sounds like what you've done is ran a broomstick through the ring at the top of the bag where the chain is, and through the natural swinging of striking the bag, the stick moves around, forcing you to avoid it periodically.

It sounds like a nice way to change up a heavy bag session, working in ducking and blocking, bobbing and weaving, etc.

After some deciphering, this sounds like a really good idea to augment solo training - almost like mixing a bag and wing-chun dummy.
