What are you looking for in stronger hands? Is it grip strength or punching strength?

For grip strength, pullups, any heavy lifting be it in the gym, sandbags, kettlebells, yard work, etc.

For punching strength you need to look at the wrists and then up the arm and into the shoulder as well. This is where heavy bag or makiwara work comes in. Also take a look at shoulder strength and stability exercises.
