Does anyone know of any good replacement for a heavy bag that you can set up yourself? I don't have the money or space for one right now, however I've not practiced punching in so long, that I really want to work on my punching form and strength. _________________ Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit soft.

You could maybe take an old, twin sized mattress, roll it up tight, and then secure it with bungee cords or something. Hang that up, and punch on it. _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.
