Anyone have any exercises to help? _________________ Nothing Worth Having Is Easily Obtained - ESPECIALLY RANK |

Provided that you stance is correct, the best thing you can do is practice. Do you watch tv? Do neko ashi dachi. Do you cook? Do neko ashi dachi.
What you're focusing on here is muscular endurance, or your ability to continue holding a position for a period of time. I suggest looking up exercises that help you with your muscular endurance. _________________ Martial arts training is 30% classroom training, 70% solo training.

How much more deeper??
How deep are you right now??
Most Okinawan styles, as you know, have a much more upright stance than most Japanese styles; kind of akin to a natural default.

As sensei8 points out, Okinawan stances are not generally very low in comparison to Japanese styles, and neko-ashi-dachi, in particular, is not a very low stance. It only goes so low before you compromise the structure of the stance. _________________ Kishimoto-Di | 2014-Present | Sensei: Ulf Karlsson
