Has any one else noticed how Martial Arts can increase your abilities in other physical activities. Since I started my puck control and skating have improved more then I could have dreamed.

Hello guys,
Will be visiting more often, as I have completed this terms coursework (for now) so I can visit around 2 to 3 times a week.

I think that sports have a lot to depend on for your martial arts too. it isnt only ma that does sports good, but it is also the other way round!
