Our classes run 1 hour. The advanced class is also an hour but you stretch out before the class officially starts. _________________ I had to lose my mind to come to my senses. |

When I was in a full time school in Houston, the kids classes were 45 min. and adults were all 1 hour.
Now that I go to a part time school an hour away, and only make it there once a week, I'm there from about 6:30 to 9:30 every Friday night. _________________ Kuk Sool Won - 4th dan

Warmup (a Bagua routine done (ideally) at thigh's parallel) is about 30 minutes. Class is about 1.5 hours. Sparring ranges from 5 minutes to a half-hour. Then the upper phase class begins. That lasts until people's heads are full (anywhere from 1 to 3 hours).
There's also a Taiji class before any of that which is about 90 minutes. _________________ www.clearsilat.com |

The little kids classes are about 45 minutes and the adults class is about an hour...sometimes it runs a little longer because it is the last class of the night... _________________ sk0t

I think 45 minutes to one hour is perfect for beginners and intermediates. 2 hours for really advanced people. |
