I dont know how many people in here actually compete profesionally, but does anybody know about how much money u can make in diffrent martial arts, like how much do kickboxers make, how much do mma artist make, both UFC and much smaller organisations, and does anybody know if its possible to make money off point karate?

Not much. The average pro mma guy makes about 600 per fight. We have a guy who is considering some fights in Mexico because they guarntee 2000/fight. In the UFC the purses are much higher. I would imagine several thousand for each fighter.

Being a pro fighter is tough work and unless you're really good, you don't get much pay.

As far as pro fighting goes, the Boxers are the ones who rake it in, I think.

Yup. UFC guys are probably pretty close to that now too. But that's a really advanced level (obviously).

There was a pro fight in the sport channels on MMA and they mentioned the winner getting $200,000 so yeah...thats quite a lot.
