| Where I go we have two classes during the week as well as specialist classes. The specialist classes involve weapons, tournament training. We also have free practice on Saturday mornings where anyone can come in do what they want. That usually involves everyone taking turns to spar with the black belts who are training for their grading at the end of the year. |

Currently I go as work allows. Which means Tuesday I help teach for two classes. Wednesday I attend 2 classes, one is an hour and the one after is an hour and 15 minutes. _________________ "Why do people think success is how high and fast you reach the top? I'm ususally on the mat twice a mat in earnest. Teaching and training both. I usually have a short third night where I'm only teaching.
Back during my competitive years it was a five day a week prospect. Now those were good days . |

4 Times a week: Monday, Wed, Fri and Sat. The Mon, Wed and Sat classes also have a sparring class. So on a good week I may be attending nine classes _________________ Give it your best. |

Currently, I get one TKD class a week, and then I do two Combat Hapkido sessions during the week. _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.
