I have the same problem. a little bit of baby powder in the problem areas helps a lot. |

I always get a blister on the crease under my big toe, it always is the right foot too, never the left. And because of where it is, it takes forever to heal. So I use the finger tape that mountain climbers use to protect their knuckles, it stays on and doesn't come loose until you take it off. It works an absolute treat.
