| The feeling sounds normal enough to me. However, don't take this stuff lightly. If you're worried, ask a doctor. |

It is normal to have that feeling when struck in the jaw. It absolutely can cause a concussion. Too many of those are dangerous. Try to block those strikes. _________________ Live life, train hard, but laugh often. |

| Ok thanks. So no need to worry. My neck is often very stiff after sparring too. I need to relax more |

Yea, this is normal but it's called a concussion too many of them can take you out of contact activity and do brain damage for life. _________________ "Smile. Show everyone that today you're stronger than you were yesterday." |

If you are being struck hard enough, then you may be getting light concussions. You may want to consult your doctor. _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.

Yes. It's normal. That's why Boxers aim for the jaw! Knockout City!!! Be careful! _________________ "When you come to a fork in the road, take it."
