Here is my postion, im taking either boxing or JJJ. Being that they are very different i need some advice, what would be the best option for me. With boxing I like the fact that you could compete and its great for conditioning. With JJJ i will have an opportunity to work with Willy Cahill which according to many various sites, he is a very good instructor. I am 17 years old and I think 6-7 months i might have to switch clubs or dojos due to college. What would be my best option for my situation and interests? I am going to JJJ for a trial class and heading to the boxing club tomorrow.

| What are you looking to achieve from training? Knowing your goals will make it easier for you to decide, and others to give you advice. |

Im interested in staying in good shape that i know boxing will give me but i do like the joint manipulations and throws of JJJ. I like to throw punches, not sure how many strikes JJJ has?? Is JJJ all throws and submissons? |

| There are strikes in JJJ, however you wont be focusing on those has much as if you were doing boxing. And certainly boxing is an excillent way to keep fit. |

After you check out each of the classes, go with which ever one strikes you as more fun, or fits you better. Good luck to you! _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.
