I don't know; I think it depends on how much you take, and what you do to use it. As long as you lift and workout, and take the right amount, it shouldn't hurt you like that. It should help to build muscle, but you have to exercise right.

Also how fast your body metablizes that specific protein. Plus any allergies and/or sensativities to it.

Well I havent noticed any although I have never taken it regularily enough i.e more than 2 weeks I have been lazy with my workouts recently as you can tell. If your worried about that then take it with skimmed milk or water although i have to say those options dont really appeal to me.

Whey with water is *sick* lol. get some full fat milk, yog, fruit, oats, blend it all up, maybe add some PB in there etc.

Whey is a way to boost your calories so really, if you aren't training, you shouldn't be using it. And yeah, it'll make you fat because its a calorie boost, heh.

If your question is "when will protien make you fat" , the answer is when you take more then what your body needs , you have to workout ot use it if you dont then u will becopme fat.
