I assume it's much like making meatballs, but instead of minced beef, use ki.

My belief is that I think that it is physically impossible to do and therefore have never tried. Sorry.

Hello, Best to use your KI's for power when striking and getting hit.

It is a good physiological tool, when use before an attack (strong and loud) against someone, and when striking someone. (besides the physcial benifits).

It is impossible to use it like as super natural powers......Dillman can knock people because those people allow themselves to be knockout. Many hypothesis knows the weakness of the mind.

If what Dillman does really works...how come other people, countries, police officers, and other martial artist do not use it.

If someone had a really special martial art.or techniques....most people will train and use it.

KI's work....because it is proven and anyone can KI! (the yell)

PS: Sharpening works: especially when you train harder, practice often...and work on sharpening your skills.....you will get sharper as time goes on......it is easy to become dull (just quit training) ........Aloha

Jesting aside:

My personal opinion is that if you're trying to form ki balls, you're missing the point. Ki, in my opinion, has nothing to do with energy. It's just body mechanics. Ki can be generating by learning how to hit really hard all the time, every time. You don't need ki to hit someone in the face and make them dizzy, you need accuracy and power.

Ki is a farce. It's an old concept destroyed through lots of embellishment over time and modern flash artists like Dillman. Most people believe they can form semi-tangible ki balls in the same way that you feel things in your dreams. The human mind is a powerful thing, but particle physics still rule everything. If you want to be a better martial artist: learn to hit harder, hit faster, be more accurate and identify threats before they become so. You have to understand that the rules of engagement for people are no different than animals. The stronger, bigger, more experienced attacker has a better chance at winning. If you train to the point where you can throw a right hook, on the button, with considerable power every single time, you have a MUCH better chance of winning a fight.

Forget ki. Learn how to fight.

Qi is a great supplement to just learning how to fight. Learning how to practice Qi Gong regularly gives you long-lasting benefits, because one of these days you're going to be too old to train like you do now.
