Earlier in this thread IADO was mentioned. Its is a sword art but in its entirety it is the art of drawing your sword cutting in onw movement and then shaking off the blood and resheathing your sword all with complete fluidity.

Hello
I study Matayoshi Okinawan Kobudo. I am a member of the IOKA, and out Saiko-Shihan is Mikio Nishiuchi.
We study:
Rokushakubo (6ft staff)
Nunchaku
Sai
Tsun-kuwa (tonfa)
kama
Iyeku (oar)
^In that order
That is up to black belt level. There are several other weapons involved, including suru-chin, nunti, and many others.
