Hi all....my seminar is starting tonight with testing.
I was hoping someone could give me some insight to ease my nerves. This is my second test towards black belt and I am nursing some injuries. |

| I'm sure you'll do fine. Enjoy seminar and do your best on your testing. If this is only your second test I'm sure you'll have plenty more. So use this as a learning experience. |

Thanks!
It's my 2nd black belt test for the Grandmaster...I am a black brown.
I would have been receiving my black belt tonight, but they extended everyone a year. I am kind of glad because I won't be performing my best tonight. |

Just remember to take some deep breaths, and try to move around a little bit and stay loose. The nerves can help some; you just have to channel that energy the right way.
Good luck! _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.
