I am testing for my 4th Kyu tonite (Green belt) and i have a brick with butterflys in my stomach. Anyone got any tips how to get rid of that feeling or lessin it?
I Trained really hard and studied with all my heart and all i can do is my best so even if i dont pass i know i gave it my all.
Anyone who reads this please say an Osu for me and other people testing!

I just got my 4th Kyu (Green belt)
After i got it i notice how much i have to work on to where i wanna be.
This time next year i hope to be Second Kyu no wait i WILL be second kyu.
I thank all of u that posted the good lucks.
As a martial arts community i feel we have to help each other out to achive our goals.
