Lex is crafty, but has no powers. I think Doom takes it.

Hmmmm, maybe not.
If it's the rampaging Hulk, I might say Batman has a chance to outsmart and sedate him.
If it's the Hulk where Bruce has all his falculties but in the Hulk's body, then I'll give it to Hulk.
How about a group battle?

Ooohhh shoot! Someone had to go an bring that up. Brings back some memories of that crossover series. Anyway I said it before and I'll say it again. It all comes down to the strongest few on each team. And there's no way Superman could get hit by Thor's hammer without breaking every bone in his.... Oh am I ranting again? Sorry. Sometimes I can't control it.
I pick Avengers to win.

I can't remember now if Thor fought someone in the crossover. Anyway, who says Sups could be hit with his hammer?

I'm taking Lantern to keep his distance and either suffocate him in a bubble or drag him out into space.

Yeah, Thor fought Superman. I have the book. He threw the hammer and smacked Supes in the face and knocked him down and drew blood. At the end, Superman caught the hammer as Thor swung it, then knocked Thor out with an all out punch. Everything seems feasible except catching the hammer without injury. That just seems too far fetched. Comics are getting as bad as soap operas with their plot twists.

This is a very hard one. As much as I hate to say it, I think Doomsday by a hair.

Oh, I thought Hulk fought Superman. I'm going to have to dig that one back out again.

I'm still taking Batman. He's brilliant, and he's got everything short of a toaster oven in that belt.
