i haven't seen the karate kid since i was about 4 or 5, but i suddenly got the urge to run out and rent it  as far as steven segal goes, i think the lack of acting ability and hideously cheesy one liners are enough to drown out the limb breaks of the movie
<man breaks 2x4 over mr. segal>

fight club was pretty straight foreward with it's fights if i remember correctly. not alot of flash and reasonable physical consequences.
not a martial art movie(s) but the few fights in the godfather movies are quick and brutal.
