I was wondering if any of you think this would be ok...
I play a long list of amusic and for each song, I choose a random exercise and stick with that for the whole song..
you know it could be like
song 1 - small arm circles
song 2- big arm circles
song 3- cat and cow yoga poses
song 4 - sit ups
song 5 - push ups
song 6- round house kick
song 7- air punching
song 8- punching bag
I do this 2- 3 times a wekk and it would change every day ? _________________ I look at nothing, but see everything

You can do that kind of like a circuit but you should put in some different exercises as the ones that you have to me are slightly boring and I would get fed up.
Things such as small arm circles and yogo posses dont really improve your fitness all that much and as this is what you have stated in your post I figure that you basically want to improve your cv system.
In order to do that you should try something like this
Song 1-Bag Punching all variations work on combinations
Rest 30 secs
Song 2-Skipping try different footwork
Rest 30secs
Song 3-Bag again all kicking, kick combinations
Rest 30
Song 4-Skipping
etc etc This will improve your fitness no end and of course you can add some other exercises in instead such as running and then sprinting accoring to different parts of the song or whatever. I do really like your song idea though I think I may try it. _________________ “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”

Be aware how long each song lasts. You want to make sure things fit because you could end up with circling your arms for 3 mins and then bag work for 7 mins..
Jay's suggestions are good. _________________ "Everything has its beauty, but not everyone sees it." ~ Confucius |

The nice thing about solo training is that you can pretty much do whatever you want. Jay has some good suggestions, but you can also use your schedule and bounce around every other day or something to change it up, and not get bored. _________________ Success is where preparation meets opportunity.

thanks ^.^
Jay thank you for your input and suggestions to make my training idea better. If you do try it, I hope it works for you.
and they may be boring to you they were just random examples XD
yes >.> I am well aware of how long a song can last XD my songs last anywhere from 1 minute to 8 >.>
and i personally have no problem having bag work for 7 minutes XD I've done longer. I love bag work actually >.> _________________ I look at nothing, but see everything
