i want it to last at least a hour

Take a look around throughout the fourm. There are several training plans others have setup for themselves, and asked for input on. They might give you some ideas.

be dedicated,
i do 8-10 hours a week trainin with mondays rest
if your serious then i suggest fitting in about 1hr 30min a day, with a least a day rest,
it doesnt have to be long
but once you get stuck to a rountine, then increasing time will be easy and you will benefit in physical terms enormously
