Well, I had my first Karate grading earlier today, and was awarded my 10th and 9th kyu. It was difficult, especially as after half an hour of training beforehand, we had to go down and do yet another warm-up. So I was exhausted by the end. 
I went through the basic techniques, five-step sparring and then my first form. |
