I made my 4th Kyu today under sensei's Kanazawa, Nobuwaka and Mirawaki!
I wanted to ask how much harder it is to grade for 3rd kyu than the other belts, because I'm actually quite scared about reaching brown belt. Not failing, but making brown belt and then not being able to progress because I get stuck at brown belt. |
Congratulations! I just want to encourage you to not set yourself up with a "mental block" when you say you are scared that you might get stuck at brown belt. Have the same mentality, determination, and perseverance you did when you achieved each and every one of your past ranks. Keep going! _________________ "Blessed be the Lord my Rock, and my keen and firm Strength, Who teaches my hands to war and my fingers to fight." Psalm 144:1 |

| Contrats. Don't worry about how hard it is. When you climb a mountain you see first hand how hard the climb is with every step and every stumble. But, when you reach the top and look back you realize it was not that hard and you can see that the view at the top was worth ever step |
