Can somebody please tell me how to stretch properly everyday so my kicks will be extremely good in a short while, my legs are very strong but not large so i think my problem is my stretching.
I'm posting this in TKD because you guys have the best kicks!!!

I want to stretch because my kicks arent that high and stretching is a very important aspect of the martial arts.
