oops
also I used to work out at home for about a year but spending almost two years in a real gym I can tell you that my results have been more rapid at a real gym.

You got that right. I bought that Power 90 and it doesn't work for crap!!! it was just a total waste of $48!!!

| If you want a Bag, just get a couple o burlap sacks fill em with sand, then hang em. Works for me. |
