really we don't have training from dec.24-dec.27 and then its back but i only miss one class in the time period 
but it would suck if it was like you have it

lucky you. When I get back training I will be practising for a competition or two, and getting ready for a kobudo grading at the end of January. Are any of you entering competitions in the new year?

Hehe, I actually did some weight training on christmas day - making use of the masses of protein in the form of chicken, suasages, nuts that would come from christmas dinner  |

reletives have been * me off too....last night i wanted to go see that movie ali after they had left but they didnt leave untill 12:30 and by then i had already missed the late show |
