| dang didn't get to go last week (felt bad) but i will try to go this week. also does anyone know if helio soneca moriera is any good? j/w b/c apparently my bjj instructor is a brown belt under him thanks |

| Oh yeah mostly definetly he is good! Your in good hands if your instructor is under him. You will be okay. Go train and have fun brother. |
