Here's how it goes
Jam in 7 random letters on your keyboard.... you have to try to make a phrase with those letters in the order they were presented....each word starting with the letter.
Example:
KASAOFF
Katas And Sparring Are Outstanding For Fitness
The rules:
- It should make some sort of sense
- Keep it related to MA physical fitness
-Don't post 2 in a row
-Don't slam other styles
-Keep it clean
