Well, that certainly clears up a lot!

Because gene-splicing is "of the devil". Gene splicing can effect only particular sides if engineered properly.

Why isn't the inventor of "polka" music crucified already?

He was, in fact, convicted for a musical felony and ordered to be crucified. however, at the time, ear plugs weren't invented and the executionists could not stand going near him while he was singing, humming, whisteling, tapping and clapping his favorite Polka songs. True story.

Why do Americans always want to know what is up?

Because Australians have "what is down" covered.

Why are People Eaters purple?

Because they are distant cousins of the Blue Meanies, who like to eat people that ride in Yellow Submarines to the Strawberry Fields... forever.

That and the fact they're from the frozen tundra called Minnesota.

Why do people drink up, but chow down?

The reason people drink up, and chow down is because in the process of drinking one must tilt the chin skyward in order to get the fluid down ones throat. Therefore you drink UP. However, when eating the tendancy to bite is to thrust ones face towards the food, which is typically carried lower than the persons mouth...hence, chowing DOWN.

Now here's a tricky one..

Do stupid people know they're stupid? If so ...why?

At some basic, primative level, we probably suspect that this is the case. But, being too stupid to face reality, we instead get on the internet, find a forum, and tell each other how smart we are.

Exactly where did Jeremiah the Bullfrog get his wine? (I've allways wanted to know the answer to this...)

I called and asked Jeremiah about that, and he said he loves Sangria wine, and makes it himself.

Start with some wine
Get some apples and brandy and sugar just fine
Old friends always show up on time
That's why you add Sparkling Burgandy wine

When asked how often he makes it, he replied that he "always has" a batch of mighty fine wine around, but particularly on Saturday nights.

When friends come for Saturday night
It's nice to make up some Sangria wine
It's organic and it comes From the vine
It's also legal and it gets you so high

He said for that extra kick, sometimes he adds a secret ingredient.

In Texas on a Saturday night
Everclear is added to the wine sometimes
Some nachos, burritos and tacos
Who knows how it usually goes, it goes

Whoa oh oh Woah oh oh I love Sangria wine

Yeah I love that Sangria wine
Just like I love old friends of mine
They tell the truth when they're mixed with the wine
That's why I blend in the lemons and limes

The last thing he told me was he really doesn't like being called Jeremiah, but prefers 'Jerry' instead - Jerry Jeff Walker, that is.

My next question is, why do stereo speakers have 'woofers' and 'tweeters', but no 'meowers'?

Because dogs(woofers) are mans best friend and not many people care to much for birds(tweeters) so if speakers were to include meowers, it would be sexist since most women like cats and it would bring a bad name to them? Lame answer i know.

Why do they call it "making out"? How can you make an out with 2 mouths....i dont get it?

You see, it all has to do with the "base" system. You know, first base, second base, etc.
The basic idea is that you're running from base to base, therefore making yourself vulnerable to get an out, should your partner decide that you ran outside the baseline or--if running to first--made a really foul hit.

Why do mothers let their children eat Cookie Crips or Reese's Puffs cereals for breakfast, yet deem chocolate chip cookies and Reese's cups inappropriate breakfast food?
